Originally focused on the supply of Quick Opening Closures, Nevis Pipeline Products, LLC., has applied its extensive product and field application experience to create a comprehensive range of pipeline pigging equipment.
In addition to the supply of standard pig launching & receiving traps, Nevis has developed a proven range of specialty traps that enable the storage of multiple spherical or standard cleaning pigs within a single vessel and enable launching on either a manual or fully automated basis.
A unique feature of the fully automated design is the ability to incorporate low power consumption controls enabling the system to be powered by a 12 / 24 V battery system with solar panel recharge capabilities eliminating the need for a dedicated power source.
Further development of the product line has also resulted in Nevis becoming a recognized leader in the supply of both pig traps and quick opening closures installed in sub-sea applications.
A natural extension associated with these products are the supply of specialty products associated with the supply of pig traps. These products include the supply of both Pig Cradles / Pig Handling Equipment as well as Pipe Supports, Barred / Sphere Tee’s and Containments Work Platforms.
Recent development projects has resulted in the addition of new products, including a range of Pig Signalers and Pig Diverter Valves and provides further evidence of our commitment to the ever demanding requirements of the Pipeline Industry.
